Coconut Lanta Resort

A couple of days ago my friend Matt invited me to the Coconut Lanta Resort on the beautiful Khlong Dao Beach. In all honesty, I’d never heard of it. Anyway, I popped down with a couple of mates and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a small resort with comfortable beach view and garden view bungalows. I had a look inside one of the bungalows and it was clean, with air conditioning, a double bed, and single bed, a TV, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, a power shower, and an outside balcony with sea views. I was impressed.

I did a quick video when I took a look inside.

So this is a brilliant place to stay right on the beach. No swimming pool but you do have the deep blue sea to splash about in. There is no restaurant either but I noticed a small bar and I believe there is a place where you can cook your own food. Although, it is just a minute to walk to the main road to Mother Marche supermarket and there are many restaurants nearby on the beach and on the road where you can grab a bite to eat- they have vegan options too for my plant-based mates.
