Live the Dream on a Tropical Island in this Awesome Pod

I have some brilliant news for those of you who are thinking of moving to the tropics. You now have the opportunity to purchase your very own pod. It belongs to you forever and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg either.  To die for sand-kissed beaches, spectacular sunsets, steamy rainforests, jungle walks, waterfalls, and an abundance of cheap fruit and veg, What are you waiting for?

If you are seriously thinking of living in paradise then this is a very affordable way of making a start.

We are finalising the finer details so I can only give you a rough outline of how things will work.

The Pods

The pods are made of fibreglass and are 7.5 x 3.6 metres. They will contain a double bed with bedside cabinets, a small lounge area with a table and chairs, a toilet and bathroom, and a kitchen with a sink, fridge, and cooking equipment. So you have everything you need to be comfortable in paradise. Of course, you can buy two or more pods if you would like further bedrooms or just a large lounge. In fact, the pods are designed so that one pod can fit on top of another pod. So you can have your lounge and kitchen in the lower pod and the bedroom and bathroom in the upper.

The pods can also be adapted for offices, shops, and classrooms. or any other use you have in mind. And they look really cool, don’t they?

The Cost

As I mentioned at the beginning of this short blog, these pods will not cost you the earth. They will sell for around 7,000 pounds each which I believe is well under half of what you would pay in the West. And you own it, You can move it to wherever you like or even sell it or rent it out.

So, this is an affordable way to move to paradise.

Location

Ok so now you have your pod but you need somewhere to put it. Of course, it is yours and you can place it anywhere. However, we have a great solution for you. We are now in the process of obtaining land on Koh Lanta where we will place the pods. Just making sure it is perfect and we are looking at developing a community of dreamers, artists, sunseekers, and adventurers. Planning to have a cafe/bar and maybe even a swimming pool. Any pod buyer will be able to lease a plot of land for 30 years. Once again the cost will be affordable –  maybe under 500 pounds a year but we have to wait for the final figure.
